Dan was a brilliant teacher for our seven year old son starting out learning drums for the first time, ensuring he felt at ease, picked up all the basics and fostered a love of drumming. We moved away from the area but our son is doing great and retains a lot of fondness for Dan and his kind manner. Def recommend!

I found Dan to be a very patient, responsive and imaginative teacher, and I highly recommend him. I appreciated how flexible he was in customising the lessons based on my interests and progress. There was a good balance between covering the fundamentals and playing for fun and enjoyment, but if I wanted us to drill down into any part then he could provide further explanation and exercises on the fly. This provided a very encouraging environment for my learning.

My son absolutely adores his music lessons with Dan. He has a brilliant manner, and they cover everything drums to piano, I’d highly recommend Dan if you’re looking for someone easy going yet inspirational to help your kid to get into music.
